Introduction

NATURÉE is a Lithuanian cosmetics and aromatherapy brand focused on quality skincare, body care, home fragrance, and wellness products.

They used AS Upsell & Cross-Sell App to present relevant offers across product pages and the cart page. With a mix of upsells, cross-sells, and quantity breaks, the brand created more opportunities for customers to discover complementary products and incentivised larger orders, and saw not just an increase in sales, but a significant bump in their conversion and checkout completion rates.

NATURÉE wanted to make it easier for customers to discover relevant products while shopping, and at the same time, the brand wanted to find a way to incentivise orders without disrupting the buyer journey.

NATURÉE used AS Upsell & Cross-Sell App to introduce targeted upsells, cross-sells, and quantity breaks.

Relevant offers were shown on product pages and in cart, helping customers discover products before checkout. Quantity breaks were also used in certain categories like essential oils to incentivise purchases and increase buying intent, by giving customers a clear incentive.

This gave NATURÉE a practical way to increase product discovery, sell more products and encourage order completion without disrupting the buying experience.
